Thank you for wearing our MND "NEVER GIVE UP" wristband. The blue cornflower is the symbol of hope for people living with Motor Neurone Disease (MND) - hope to find the cause, develop effective treatments and discover a cure.

The MND Assocation helps people to live well while fighting MND.

Your contribution will help to provide information, support, equipment and the hope that is needed to NEVER GIVE UP.

MND is fatal. it paralyses the body while leaving the mind intact. There is no known cause, no cure and no remission. Average life expectancy is 2 to 3 years from diagnosis.

In Australia, ten people die each week of MND, and at least one person is diagnosed each day.

NEVER GIVE UP

Wristbands have been taken up as a charity rage around the world.

Michelle Rozzen took up the concept with NEVER GIVE UP wristbands to support people living with MND in memory of her father, David Rozzen, who died from MND in the USA on 16 June 2004.

Blue NEVER GIVE UP wristbands for MND are available in two sizes: small for children and large for adults.

At $2 each, the wristbands are individually packaged in MND ploybags. Get on the bandwagon and plan your band days to support MND in schools, shopping centres, sporting venues and any other location where you can have some impact.
