DONATIONS AND BEQUESTS

Donations

Donations are a very important part of Association income. If you would like to make a donation to the Association, please complete the Donations Form (pdf 20kb) and forward to the Association at the address shown on the form. Alternately you may wish to telephone your donation to the Association on 08 8234 8448.  

All funds raised by the Association are used to assist our client support programs and to fund research into the cause and to find a cure for MND.

Donations over $2 are tax deductible and a receipt will be issued.

Bequests

Leaving a bequest to the Association is a very personal and important decision.   The Association is most grateful for being remembered in this way and bequests are applied towards our client support and research programs unless there is a specific instruction as to how the bequest is to be used by the Association. For example, you may wish your bequest to be applied to fund research only. If this is your wish, the following form of bequest needs to be amended accordingly.

Form of Bequest

"I give to the Motor Neurone Disease Association of South Australia Inc the sum of _____________________ dollars for the general purposes of the Association or to fund research into the cause and to find a cure of MND (insert as appropriate) and I declare the receipt of The Treasurer or other appropriate officer for the time being of the Association shall be good discharge to my executors."
