Until there's a cure, there's care for South Australians with Motor Neurone Disease.

26/05/2016 -
MND SA’s 2016 Walk to D'Feet has raised over $42 500 for South Australians living with Motor Neurone Disease.

"I am overwhelmed by the hard work our community has put towards fundraising for Walk to D'Feet.  MND SA would not be able to offer client services to the South Australian community with MND without the generosity of Walk participants."
Executive Director, Karen Percival

With over 800 participants this was the largest Walk to D'Feet that the organisation has hosted at the Adelaide Sailing Club.

Walk to D'Feet MND has become the flagship event for MND SA.  The 4km walk followed by activities including entertainment for all ages, a sausage sizzle and raffle has become an integral event for the MND SA community to come together in support and memoriam of individuals with MND and the association.

South Australian Channel 10 personalities Rebecca Morse and Nick Butler were MCs at the event and singer Robyn Brookes sang ‘Don’t Dream it’s Over’ to open the walk.

This year's Team Dodo's Heroes raised an astounding $8,492, while Nicole Jones raised $3,232 as an individual participant!
